What To Include

• The account email connected to your Volunteerio account.
• The page, button, or action you were using.
• The organization name, event name, or organization ID if the issue is connected to one.
• A screenshot, exact error message, and the device or browser you were using, if available.

Safety and Urgent Event Concerns

Volunteerio is not an emergency service and does not supervise events. For safety, attendance, location, or day-of-event concerns, contact the organization or event supervisor directly. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services first.

After the urgent issue is handled, use the Report button on the event or organization listing to flag unsafe, fake, misleading, or inappropriate content. You can also contact Volunteerio support if something on the website needs to be corrected or you need to appeal an account restriction.
